The people are so friendly

As long as I was life in Surabaya, this my first time I was looked and felt a beautiful village in Surabaya. This place called "Kampung Lawas Maspati" where located at Bubutan village, Surabaya.

Exactly I rather don’t believe while I was invited by my friend in order to visit a “Kampung Lawas” at Surabaya, because I was worried that isn’t like my expectation. After we travel by relying Google Maps, finally we were found a village near with “Tugu Pahlawan”.

We must pay 5K/visitor for enjoying this place, if you want to accompanied with guide, you just pay 10K for one guide.

Fortunately, we get a woman called "Bu Aspiyah" who happily to guide us when we were there by free. This grandma is resident of this village, we have much story about history of “Kampung Maspati” from her. She also tells about “10 Nopember” attack in Surabaya when she was still kids at that time.

In "Kampung Lawas", every motorcycle must be turned off, and the driver must go down. This is can make the environment always cool and free from air pollution.
